CUPFA’s executives and staff work for the Association on extended schedules, both remotely and at CUPFA’s office, in order to maintain the highest level of service to members. Traditional in-person meetings and interactions are being combined with virtual communication methods to provide members with increased opportunity for participation.
CUPFA members have responded favourably to web conferencing, increased email communication, cell phone conversations, etc. and are encouraged to continue open-ended contact with executive members to ask questions, make suggestions, find out more about services available to them, or request whatever support they may need.

Office Hours – currently by appointment
Holidays – The office is closed during University closures but CUPFA services remain available throughout.
